A Restricted Area (Temporary) is established in the vicinity of Kingston-Upon-Hull, Humberside, where the Hull Fair is scheduled to take place. The Civil Aviation Authority and the Secretary of State for Transport agree that it is necessary in the public interest to introduce Restriction of Flying Regulations under Article 239 of the Air Navigation Order 2016 for unmanned aircraft for reasons of public safety and security due to the intended gathering of a large number of persons.

All times on this form are UTC, the same as the AIC and briefing sheet. Please convert your planned times from UK time yourself. During British Summer Time (late March to late October) UTC is one hour behind UK time, so a 15:00 BST take-off is 14:00 UTC. In winter UK time and UTC are the same.
